摘　　要：中三角地区经济发展能源先行,因其自身的优越条件和经验,在发展核电方面有着得天独厚的优势。如今困扰中三角地区核电产业发展的是资金短缺。为填补中三角地区核电产业发展的资金缺口,引入控制权理论,分析并比较目前核电产业的融资模式,认为PPP模式更符合核电产业的特色。结合控制权理论,提出从周边经济发达地区融资、上市向社会群众筹资,设立融核发展基金等融资思路,满足中三角地区核电产业的资金需求。The Central Triangle region,due to its superior conditions and experience,has a unique advantage in the development of nuclear power.But currently,lack of fund is a drawback in the development of nuclear power industry.In order to fill the funding gap of the nuclear power industry development in the Central Triangle,this paper introduces the theory of control rights,analyzes and compares the financing mode of the current nuclear power industry,and considers the PPP model more in line with the characteristics of the nuclear power industry.Combined with the theory of control rights,the authors propose to raise funds from the surrounding economically developed regions,to raise funds from the public and to set up financing ideas such as nuclear development funds so as to meet the funding needs of the nuclear power industry in the Central Triangle.
