摘　　要：课外体育活动是学校体育的重要组成部分,是学校体育贯彻健康中国战略的题中之意和必经之路。分析了东华理工大学课外体育活动组织管理存在的问题,研究构建了大学生体育核心素养体系。以培育大学生体育核心素养的三维目标为核心,以课外体育活动内容的供给侧改革为突破口,实施“明确目标、供给内容、改进评价、健全制度、组织保障”五位一体的管理模式改革和实践。Extracurricular sports activity is not only an important part of school physical education,but the only way to carry out the strategy of healthy China in school physical education.This paper analyses the problems existing in the organization and management of extracurricular sports activities in East China University of Technology.The core quality system of college students′physical education has been studied and constructed.Taking the three-dimensional goal of cultivating college students′sports core accomplishment as the core and the supply-side reform of extracurricular sports activities as the breakthrough point,we carry out the reform and practice of the Five-in-One Management Model involving"clear objectives,supply contents,evaluation improvement,perfect system and organization guarantee".
