基于DEA-Tobit两步法的学术图书交流效率评价研究

摘　　要：传统学术图书的评价主要以书评为主,由于量大而杂,使得学术图书的评价难以开展。本文考虑运用DEA方法评价学术图书交流效率的可能性,对于学术图书的发展具有重要意义。首先,通过分析现有学术图书的评价方法,提出学术图书交流效率评价的投入和产出指标。其次,以图书馆学术图书为例进行DEA方法分析,得到图书交流效率。最后,运用Tobit模型分析影响学术图书交流效率的因素。通过实证分析,发现图书馆学术图书知识交流效率差别较大,多数图书呈现交流无效的状态,图书交流效率与图书著者发表图书的篇均被引次数有较大关系。基于DEA-Tobit方法能为学术图书评价机构提供方法借鉴和理论依据。[Purpose/significance]Traditional academic books are mainly evaluated by book review.Due to its large amount and complexity,the evaluation of academic books is difficult to carry out.This paper considers the possibility of using DEA method to evaluate the exchange efficiency of academic book,which is of great significance for the development of academic books.[Method/Process]Firstly,by analyzing the evaluation methods of existing academic books,the input and output indicators of academic book communication efficiency evaluation are proposed.Secondly,taking the academic books of library science as an example to analyze the DEA method,the efficiency of book exchange can be approached.Finally,the Tobit model is used to analyze the factors affecting the efficiency of academic book communication.[Result/Conclusion]Through empirical analysis,it is found that the efficiency of knowledge exchange in academic books of library science is quite different.Most books show a state of ineffective communication,and the efficiency of book exchange has a great relationship with the number of articles published by books authors.Based on the DEA-Tobit method,it can provide methodological reference and theoretical basis for academic book evaluation institutions.
