摘　　要：竞技体育后备人才培养是竞技体育发展的关键环节。我国竞技体育后备人才培养模式在发展的过程中不断改进和完善,但仍出现了许多问题,认识竞技体育后备人才的基本属性是解决问题的基础。曹燕华乒乓培训学校是实施“体教结合”办训的典型案例。剖析“体教结合”模式的优势及竞技体育后备人才属性实现方式,探讨曹燕华乒乓培训学校与杨泰实验学校“体教结合”的成功经验,为我国竞技体育后备人才培养提供启示。Cultivation of reserve talents is the key to the development of competitive sports.In China,the cultivation model of reserve talents in competitive sports has been continuously modified and improved,but meanwhile many problems have emerged.Understanding the basic attributes of reserve talents is the prerequisite to solve the existing problems.Cao Yanhua Table Tennis Training School is a typical example of implementing the"combination of sports and education"model.This paper first analyzes the advantages of the model and the way to cultivate the attributes of reserve talents in competitive sports,and then discusses the successful experience of combining sports with education in Cao Yanhua Table Tennis Training School and Yang Tai Experimental School so as to provide reference for our country to cultivate reserve talents in competitive sports.
