摘 要:以全消光聚酯切片为原料,通过异形纺丝和异拉伸工艺路线,制得具有纵向竹节效果、横向波浪一字形截面的涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)。采用全自动拉伸强力仪、扫描电镜、双折射仪、差示扫描量热仪等对纤维的力学性能、沸水收缩率、外观形貌、光学性能、热性能等进行表征。结果表明:纤维具有良好的波浪一字形、异形横截面及纵向粗细竹节效果;纤维粗节处比细节处具有较低的断裂强度、双折射率和结晶度,较高的断裂伸长率和沸水收缩率。Using full dull polyester chip as the raw material, special FDY with longitudinal bamboo joint effect and wave-straight shaped section in the transverse direction was prepared through profiled fiber spinning technology and uneven drawing process. The mechanical property, boiling water shrinkage, morphology, optical property and thermal behavior of the obtained fiber were characterized by using the automatic tensile strength tester, electromagnetic oven, scanning electron microscope, birefringence instrument and differential scanning calorimeter and so on. The results showed that the fiber had good wave-straight shaped cross section and longitudinal bamboo joint effect. Compared with the finer part, the thick part of the fiber had lower breaking strength, birefringence and crystallinity, higher elongation at break and boiling water shrinkage.
