摘  要:针对核电厂内错综复杂的仪控电缆服役时间较长,电缆绝缘和护套材料易发生老化的问题,对服役期内电缆绝缘材料进行无损老化检测设计。该设计方案采用力传感器测量绝缘材料的力与压痕深度,形成老化指数评估老化状态。测试结果表明,该检测方案可以有效检测和评价电缆绝缘老化状态,且无损于待测电缆。In view of the long service time of the complex instrument and control cable in the nuclear power plant and the easy aging of the cable insulation and sheath materials,the insulation material of cable in the service period is designed for nondestructive aging test.The design uses force sensor to measure the depth of indentation and depth of insulation material,and form aging index to evaluate aging state.The test results show that the detection scheme can effectively detect and evaluate the aging status of cable insulation,and it is not harmful to the cable to be tested.
