摘  要:采用等体积浸渍法对MnO2/γ-Al2O3催化剂进行金属助剂改性。采用XRD、SEM、N2-吸附、脱附和H2-TPR对催化剂进行表征。在常温常压下、以空气为氧化剂、Cu-MnO2/γ-Al2O3为催化剂,催化氧化含硫废水来评价其脱硫性能。结果表明:在反应温度25℃,催化剂用量1.0g/L时,催化氧化硫离子含量为960mg/L的皮革脱毛废水2.5h后脱硫率达到90%,催化剂重复使用5次后催化活性并没有明显的降低。MnO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was modified with metal by equal volume impregnation method.The catalysts were characterized by x-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),N2-adsorption desorption and H2 programmed temperature reduction method(H2-TPR),respectively.The desulfurization performance of sulfurcontaining wastewater was evaluated by catalytic oxidation with air as oxidant and MnO2/γ-Al2O3 as catalyst at room temperature and atmospheric pressure.The results show that the amount of catalyst is 1.0 g/L,the desulfurization rate of leather unhairing wastewater of sulfur ion(960 mg/L)can reach 90%at 25°C in 2 h,and the catalytic activity does not decrease significantly after the catalyst is reused for 5 times.
