摘  要:文中选取具有抗菌功能的植物中药提取物和具有提高抗菌功能耐水洗性能的植物提取的功能因子,对棉纤维进行抗菌处理制备抗菌棉纤维,并测试了整理织物的抗菌性能及相关物理性能。结果表明,抗菌棉纤维水洗20次后对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制率为98.37%,抗菌性能优异;相比于普通棉纤维,抗菌棉纤维的断裂强度略微降低、断裂伸长率有一定增加、平均线密度略有增大、化学结构未发生变化、结晶度和取向度略有降低。In this paper,the antibacterial cotton fiber was prepared by antibacterial treatment of plant extracts with antibacterial function and functional factors extracted from plants with improved antibacterial function and water washing resistance.It tested the antibacterial properties and related physical properties of finished fabrics.The results show that the inhibition rate of staphylococcus aureus was 98.37%after washing 20 times,and the antibacterial property was excellent.Compared with ordinary cotton fiber,the breaking strength of the antibacterial cotton fiber decreased slightly,the elongation at break increased,the average fineness slightly increased,and the chemical structure did not change with the slight decrease of crystallinity and orientation degree.
