摘　　要：由于传统系统的有效数据采集性能较差,为此提出矿山锚杆安装设备故障快速检测系统。硬件上,设计图像传感器和电源电路,提高数据采集的稳定性和系统供电的可靠性;软件上,通过以太网接口设计保证各个单元间的有效通讯,对数据进行格式处理后采用大数据技术对数据进行分析,实现故障检测。实验证明此次设计的系统具有良好的有效数据采集性能。Because the effective data collection performance of the traditional system is poor,this paper puts forward a quick fault detection system for mine bolt installation equipment.On hardware,the design of Image Sensor and power supply circuit can improve the stability of data acquisition and the reliability of power supply.On software,the design of ethernet interface ensures the effective communication between each unit,after processing the data format,the big data technology is used to analyze the data and realize the fault detection.The experimental results show that the system has good performance of effective data acquisition.
