氧化铝生产企业机械设备维修保养要点分析

摘　　要：针对传统的机械设备管理方法已经无法满足生产需求的问题,对氧化铝生产企业机械设备维修保养要点进分析。通过完善机械设备维修管理机制与建立维修档案,实现对机械设备系统化维修管理,并且加强对维修人员的技术培训,提高机械设备的维修效率;实行一二级保养制度,以及对润滑剂的合理使用,对机械设备进行全面的保养。通过对机械设备进行有效的维修和保养,对提高氧化铝生产企业经济效益起到重要作用。Aiming at the problem that the traditional mechanical equipment management method can not meet the production demand,this paper analyses the main points of mechanical equipment maintenance in alumina production enterprises.Through improving the mechanism of maintenance management of machinery and equipment and establishing maintenance files,the systematic maintenance management of machinery and equipment is realized,and the technical training of maintenance personnel is strengthened to improve the efficiency of maintenance of machinery and equipment;the primary and secondary maintenance system is implemented,and the rational use of lubricants is carried out to maintain the machinery and equipment in an all-round way.Effective maintenance and maintenance of machinery and equipment play an important role in improving the economic benefits of alumina production enterprises.
