摘　　要：从构造、岩浆及地层与成矿的关系等方面,论述了黄埠岭金矿控矿因素及矿床成因,揭示了黄埠岭金矿的成矿富集规律。This paper discusses the ore controlling factors and genesis of Huangbuling gold deposit from the aspects of structure,magma and the relationship between strata and mineralization,and reveals the enrichment law of Huangbuling gold deposit.
