摘  要:金属钼具有高强度、高熔点、耐腐蚀等优点,被广泛应用于航空航天等领域[1],近年来随着高温真空炉的发展,钼管被大量用作高温真空炉热电偶保护套。本文主要论述了采用手工钨极氩弧焊局部氩气保护的方法,实现了薄壁钼管端头密封的焊接。焊后材料表面呈银灰色,焊缝及热影响区无氧化、裂纹等缺陷。Molybdenum has the advantages of high strength,high melting point and corrosion resistance,and is widely used in aerospace and other fields.In recent years,with the development of high temperature vacuum furnace,molybdenum tube has been widely used as the thermocouple protection sleeve of high temperature vacuum furnace.This paper mainly discusses the method of local argon protection by manual TIG welding to realize the welding of end seal of thin-walled molybdenum tube.After welding,the surface of the material is silver gray,and the weld and heat affected zone are free of defects such as oxidation and cracks.
