摘 要:在纺织品成分定量分析标准中采用通风烘箱法干燥,烘干时间长,效率低。通过对微波干燥技术的分析,讨论微波处理时间、微波功率、纤维含水率对干燥效果的影响,比较微波干燥法和通风烘箱干燥法。结果表明,微波功率为350 W,能在16~22 min内烘干试样,两种方法所测得的成分比例偏差小于1.0%,微波干燥法对纤维含量无影响,与通风烘箱干燥相比,微波干燥更加快速、均匀、高效、节能。In the standard of textile composition quantitative analysis,the ventilated oven drying method is adopted,which has the disadvantages of long drying time and low efficiency.In this paper,the microwave drying technology is analyzed.The effects of microwave treatment time,microwave power and moisture content of fibers on microwave drying are discussed.Two methods of microwave drying and ventilated oven drying are compared.The test results show that the microwave power is 350 W and the sample can be dried non-destructively within 16~22 minutes.The deviation between the two methods is less than 1%.The data of microwave drying is credible.Microwave drying is faster,more uniform,more efficient and energy-saving compared with blast oven drying.
