摘  要:利用真空压力浸渍(VPI)绝缘制备定子线圈,开展模拟海洋气候的盐雾湿热老化试验。测试了不同老化周期时VPI绝缘复合材料吸水率的变化规律,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试了材料老化前后表面微观形貌的变化;利用宽频介电阻抗谱仪测试不同老化时间、测试温度下VPI绝缘复合材料的频域介电特征量(介电常数、介质损耗因数、电导率)的变化规律,利用电介质极化理论分析老化前后微观结构形态变化与宏观介电性能之间的关系。结果表明:VPI定子线圈经过35周期的盐雾湿热老化试验后,线圈的介质损耗明显增大,表明VPI绝缘的耐盐雾、湿热老化性能较差。Stator coils were prepared by vacuum pressure impregnating(VPI)insulation,and then were conducted salt spray and hydrothermal ageing tests to simulate the marine climate.The change law of water absorption of VPI insulating composite was tested under different ageing cycles.The change of surface microstructures of the materials before and after ageing was tested by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The change laws of frequency domain dielectric characteristic quantities(dielectric constant,dielectric loss factor,and conductivity)of the VPI insulating composites under different ageing time and testing temperature were tested by broadband dielectric spectrometer.The relationship between microstructure change and macroscopic dielectric properties before and after ageing was analyzed by dielectric polarization theory.The results show that the dielectric loss of VPI stator coil increases obviously after 35 cycles of salt spray hydrothermal ageing test,indicating that the salt spray and hydrothermal ageing resistance of VPI insulation is bad.
