摘  要:以现场运行后的复合绝缘子为实验样品,初步探究了用激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)技术进行复合绝缘子老化程度检测的可行性。首先测试复合绝缘子伞裙表面和芯层的Si元素和Al元素含量,然后计算各元素含量浅深比,并对复合绝缘子进行憎水性、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)及硬度测试。结果表明:LIBS、憎水性、FTIR和硬度测试结果具有一致性,验证了LIBS技术用于分析复合绝缘子老化的可行性。通过元素含量浅深比可以很好地判断绝缘子的老化程度,浅深比数值越接近于1,老化程度越轻。Taking the composite insulator after field operation as experimental sample, the feasibility of using laser induced breakdown spectrum(LIBS) technology to detect the ageing degree of composite insulator was preliminarily studied. Firstly, the contents of Si and Al in the surface and center layer of composite insulator umbrella skirt were measured, then the shallow-depth ratio of each element content was calculated, and the composite insulator was conducted hydrophobicity test, Fourier infrared spectrum(FTIR)test, and hardness test. The results show that the test results of LIBS, hydrophobicity, FTIR, and hardness are consistent, which verifies the feasibility of LIBS technology for analyzing the ageing of composite insulator. The ageing degree of insulator can be well judged by the shallow-depth ratio of element content. The closer the shallow-depth ratio is to 1, the lighter the ageing degree is.
