公民新闻的新视角建构与引导——基于中国另类媒体的传播实践考察

摘　　要：新媒介技术的更迭带来媒介环境的变革,与此同时,另类媒体逐渐开始兴起并在中国网民的日常生活中扮演着重要的角色,公民新闻是其中一种生产渠道。本研究试图跳出另类媒体与主流媒体二元对立的立场,认为在我国特殊的媒体语境下,另类媒体拥有聚焦某一特定群体的能力,并把无序散乱的公民新闻生产转化为一种代表性的进步力量。同时,也要防止容易被煽动的媒介情绪、主流意识形态的弱化以及个人隐私的信息泄露。正确引导我国公民新闻在另类媒体中的传播实践,有利于公民、媒体与社会资源三者的互动平衡。New media technologies are bringing about tremendous changes in the media environment.At the same time,alternative media is gradually emerging and playing an important role in the daily life of Chinese Internet users.Citizen news is one of the production channels.This study attempts to transcend the binary opposition between alternative media and mainstream media,and holds that in the media context of China,alternative media has the ability to unite certain community,and turn the disorderly citizen news production into a representative progressive force.At the same time,we should also be cautious that media sensation is easy to incite,the mainstream ideology might be weakened and private information is prone to leakage.To properly guide the communication of citizen news in alternative media is conducive to the interactive balance among citizens,media and social resources.
