补血养荣膏治疗轻中度肿瘤相关性贫血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补血养荣膏方对临床轻中度肿瘤相关性贫血的疗效。方法:随机将选取的60组肿瘤相关性贫血患者分为治疗组30例,予膏方及常规治疗;对照组30例,仅予常规治疗。治疗4周后,分析Hb、WBC、RBC、Hct,KPS评分及中医症候积分等指标变化,判断两组患者贫血改善情况。结果:在轻中度肿瘤相关性贫血中,加用膏方的治疗组Hb、WBC、RBC、HCT水平较对照组均有显著改善,且KPS评分疗效评价、中医证候积分升高,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补血养荣膏方可有效提高患者血清中血红蛋白、白细胞计数、红细胞计数及红细胞压积水平,减轻贫血程度,提升生存品质,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To observe the effect of Buxueyangrong ointment on clinical mild to moderate tumor-associated anemia.Methods:60 patients with tumor-associated anemia were randomly divided into the treatment group and 30 patients.The cream and conventional treatment were given.The 30 patients in the control group were given conventional treatment only.After 4 weeks of treatment,changes in indicators such as Hb,WBC,RBC,Hct,KPS score and TCM symptom score were analyzed to determine the improvement of anemia in the two groups of patients.Results:In mild to moderate tumor-associated anemia,the levels of Hb,WBC,RBC,and HCT in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the efficacy evaluation of KPS scores and TCM syndrome scores increased.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Buxue Yangrong Ointment can effectively increase the levels of hemoglobin,white blood cell count,red blood cell count,and hematocrit in patients,reduce the level of anemia,and improve the quality of life.
