癌痛荣血汤联合硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗中重度癌性疼痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察应用癌痛荣血汤联合硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗中重度癌性疼痛的临床疗效,评价其临床有效性和安全性,总结经验。方法:选取2016年5月-2017年11月收治的伴有中重度疼痛的恶性肿瘤患者共计72例,随机分为观察组38例,对照组34例,2组患者均给予肿瘤科基础性治疗,其中对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上应用癌痛荣血汤联合硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗,总疗程为14d,14d后进行疗效判定,观察2组患者治疗前后有效率、疼痛数字评分(NRS)、镇痛起效时间、镇痛持续时间及不良反应。结果:治疗14d后,治疗组有效率57.89%,对照组有效率32.35%;观察组治疗后NRS评分下降程度高于对照组,观察组镇痛起效时间低于对照组,观察组镇痛持续时间高于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:癌痛荣血汤联合硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗中重度癌性疼痛优于单一应用硫酸吗啡缓释片,安全性良好,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of applying Aitong Rongxue decoction combined with morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets in the treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain,evaluate its clinical effectiveness and safety,and summarize experience.Methods:A total of 72 patients with malignant tumors with moderate and severe pain who were treated from May 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into observation group 38 cases and control group 34 cases.Both groups received basic oncology treatment.The control group received morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets on the basis of conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with Aitong Rongxue decoction combined with morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets on the basis of conventional treatment.The total course of treatment was 14 days,and the efficacy was judged after 14 days.Observe the effective rate,digital pain score (NRS),onset time of analgesia,duration of analgesia,and adverse reactions in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the effective rate in the treatment group was 57.89%,and the effective rate in the control group was 32.35%.The degree of decline in the NRS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The analgesic response time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The duration of analgesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Aitong Rongxue decoction combined with morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets is better than single-use morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets in the treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain.It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
