益气活血方联合针刺疗法治疗奥沙利铂神经毒性的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血方联合针刺疗法治疗奥沙利铂所致周围神经毒性的疗效。方法:通过前瞻性随机对照临床研究方法,纳入经奥沙利铂化疗后出现周围神经毒性的患者52例,随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组各26例。对照组采用甲钴胺片口服治疗,治疗组采用针刺联合益气活血方治疗,观察治疗前后患者周围神经毒性、生活质量以及神经传导速度。结果:对照组总有效率30.76%,治疗组神经毒性改善情况总有效率为80.77%,2组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组周围神经毒性分级亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组KPS评分及神经传导速度改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血方联合针刺治疗奥沙利铂化疗后神经毒性有疗效肯定,值得进一步研究及推广。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with acupuncture on oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neurotoxicity.Methods:52 patients with peripheral neurotoxicity after oxaliplatin chemotherapy were enrolled in this prospective randomized controlled clinical study.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 26 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with Yiqi Huoxue recipe,while the control group was treated with Mecobalamin tablets orally.Peripheral neurotoxicity,quality of life and nerve conduction velocity were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of neurotoxicity improvement in the treatment group was 80.77%,and that in the control group was 30.76%.There was significant difference between the two groups (P< 0.05).After treatment,the grade of peripheral neurotoxicity in the treatment group was also better than that in the control group (P< 0.05).The improvement of KPS score and nerve conduction velocity in treatment group was better than that in control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with acupuncture has a definite therapeutic effect on neurotoxicity after oxaliplatin chemotherapy,which is worthy of further study and promotion.
