摘　　要：目的:观察加味麦门冬汤联合昂丹司琼治疗急性白血病化疗后呕吐的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的60名患者随机分为西药对照组和治疗组,每组各30例,对照组予以昂丹司琼静脉注射治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加服加味麦门冬汤。各组给药时间均为1周,观察比较2组治疗1周后呕吐控制率、进食情况及KPS评分变化。结果:治疗组、对照组呕吐有效控制率分别73.3%、60%,治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组进食情况及KPS评分变化均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味麦门冬汤联合昂丹司琼治疗急性白血病化疗后呕吐疗效确切,值得在临床上推广运用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Maimendong decoction combined with Ondansetron on vomiting after chemotherapy for acute leukemia.Methods:Sixty patients meeting the criteria were randomly divided into a western medicine control group and a treatment group.There were 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ondansetron intravenously.The treatment group was treated with modified Maimendong decoction on the basis of the control group.The administration time of each group was 1 week,and the changes of vomiting control rate,eating situation and KPS score after 1 week of treatment were observed and compared in the two groups.Results:The effective control rates of vomiting in the treatment group and control group were 73.3% and 60%,respectively.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The changes in eating and KPS scores in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Maimendong decoction combined with Ondansetron is effective in treating vomiting after chemotherapy in acute leukemia,and it is worthy of clinical application.
