金黄散外敷联合柴胡清肝汤对浆细胞乳腺炎患者血PRL的影响及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨金黄散外敷联合柴胡清肝汤对浆细胞乳腺炎患者血清泌乳素的影响及疗效观察。方法:随机将符合标准的40例浆细胞乳腺炎患者分为对照组以及观察组,每组各20例,其中对照组使用金黄散外敷治疗,观察组在此方案上内服柴胡清肝汤,疗程均为4周,对不同治疗方案的疗效进行对比分析。结果:经过治疗以后观察组和对照组总有效率分别为90%和60%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后泌乳素水平明显低于观察组治疗前及对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论:金黄散外敷联合柴胡清肝汤治疗浆细胞乳腺炎患者具有较好的临床疗效,还可以降低血清PRL水平,改善机体自身免疫功能。Objective:To explore the effect of Huangjinsan external application combined with Chaihu Qinggan decoction on serum prolactin in patients with plasma cell mastitis and observe its curative effect.Methods:40 patients with plasma cell mastitis who randomly met the criteria were divided into control group and observation group.There were 20 cases in each group.The control group received external application of golden powder.The observation group took Chaihu Qinggan decoction orally on this protocol.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Comparative analysis of the efficacy of different treatment options.Results:After treatment,the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 90% and 60%,respectively (P<0.05).The levels of prolactin in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the observation group and before the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of Huangjinsan combined with Chaihu Qinggan decoction has a better clinical effect on patients with plasma cell mastitis.It can also reduce serum PRL levels and improve the body’s autoimmune function.
