摘　　要：现如今胃癌已经成为国内外最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,位居我国肿瘤发病率的第二位,病死率的第三位。肿瘤的发生严重影响了人们的生活质量和加重了人们的经济负担,目前胃癌的治疗仍然是以手术治疗为首选,这也加大了患者对疾病的恐惧感以及给医者带来一些术后恢复问题。然而,胃癌并不是一蹴而就的,而是通过各种不良因素长期演变而来,也就是胃癌前病变的发展,而大多数潜在患者对胃癌前病变的认识以及防治并没有予以较高的重视。因此,早期诊断以及有效防治胃癌前病变的防治成为现如今广大医学者探讨的重要话题,该文通过近几年来各大医家对胃癌前病变的防治进行筛选,并结合现代人类的生活方式以及生活状态总结出中西医结合诊治经验,为患者提供更加有效的治疗方案,从而提高人们对胃癌前病变的认识并力争降低胃癌的发病率。Today,gastric cancer has become one of the most common malignant tumors at home and abroad,ranking second in the incidence of tumors and third in the mortality rate in China.The occurrence of tumors has seriously affected people’s quality of life and increased their economic burden.At present,the treatment of gastric cancer is still the first choice for surgery,which also increases the patient’s fear of the disease and brings some postoperative recovery to the doctor.problem.However,gastric cancer does not come overnight,but has evolved through a variety of adverse factors over a long period of time,that is,the development of gastric precancerous lesions,and most potential patients have not paid much attention to the understanding and prevention of gastric cancerous lesions.Therefore,early diagnosis and effective prevention and treatment of gastric precancerous lesions have become important topics discussed by medical practitioners today.This article aims to screen the prevention and treatment of gastric precancerous lesions by major doctors in recent years,and combine modern human lifestyles and The living status summarizes the experience of diagnosis and treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and provides patients with more effective treatment plans,thereby improving people’s understanding of gastric precancerous lesions and striving to reduce the incidence of gastric cancer.
