心理护理干预在核素全身骨显像患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在核素全身骨显像检查患者的临床护理中实施心理护理干预的应用效果.方法选取2018年3~9月在我院接受核素全身骨显像检查的300例患者为研究对象,按照一定比例将其分组,其中对照组150例采纳常规护理,观察组150例则采纳心理护理干预措施,对比分析两组患者护理前后心理情绪改善情况及护理满意度.结果观察组护理前焦虑、抑郁评分分别为(71.22±10.36)分、(72.36±5.55)分,护理后为(48.55±5.36)分、(49.36土3.58)分;对照组护理前焦虑、抑郁评分分别为(72.55±10.36)分、(73.47±5.25)分,护理后为(61.44±5.25)分、(59.47±4.25)分;观察组护理满意度为93.3%,对照组为90.0%;组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在核素全身骨显像检查患者的临床护理中实施护理干预效果显著,值得推广.Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention in clinical patient care undergoing radionuclide whole body bone imaging examination.Methods A total of 300 patients who underwent wholebody bone imaging examination in our hospital from March 2018 to September 2018 were selected for study.They were divided into two groups according to a certain proportion.The control group received routine patient care and the observation group received psychological intervention.Then the psychological improvement and the patient satisfaction before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The pre-care anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were(71.22±10.36)and(72.36+5.55)points,respectively,and after intervention they were(48.55±5.36)and(49.36±3.58)points.In the control group,the anxiety and depression scores before treatment were(72.55±10.36)and(73.47±5.25)points,respectively,and after treatment was(61.44±5.25)and(59.47±4.25)points.The patient satisfaction of the observation group was 93.3%,while that of the control group was 90.0%.The difference between the groups was significant,P<0.05.Conclusions The implementation of psychological intervention in the clinical nursing of patients with nuclear whole body bone imaging examination was significant and worthy of promotion.
