摘 要:针对某生活垃圾综合处理厂恶臭气体的来源及组成特点,在对常用除臭技术进行分析比较的基础上,提出对该厂卸料间、综合分选车间、初级和次级发酵仓以及制肥车间四种不同区域产生的恶臭气体分别采用气水混合喷淋技术、生物喷淋—UV光解技术、内循环供氧和预处理—组合式生物过滤技术处理。重点介绍了除臭工艺的选择及除臭系统的工程设计参数。工程运行结果表明,处理后的恶臭气体符合《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB 14554—1993)规定的恶臭污染物厂界标准中的新扩改建二级标准。According to the source and composition characteristics of odors in a municipal solid waste comprehensive treatment plant,the technologies of gas-water mixed spraying technology,a biological spray-type UV photolysis technology,an internal circulation oxygen supply and pretreatment and combined biofiltration technology were put forward respectively in four areas including waste discharging room,comprehensive sorting workshop,primary and secondary fermentation bins and fertilizer workshop,which were based on the analysis and comparison of the conventional odor treatment.The selection of deodorization process and project design parameters of the deodorization system were mainly introduced.The results of project operation showed that the exhaust odor gas emissions could meet the second class criteria specified in the Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants(GB 14554-1993).
