摘 要:阐述了RCAR后碰撞移动式试验车的基本测试方案,根据RCAR的规程,对低速后碰撞移动式试验车RCAR进行了结构和制动控制系统的具体设计,并提供了RCAR小车的结构和制动时间等性能指标。根据RCAR后碰撞移动式试验车与被测试车辆的碰撞要求,进行了碰撞瞬态动力学分析,所得分析结果与实测结果吻合良好,为车辆低速碰撞定损和理赔准则的制定提供参考。The fundamental programme of crash test of the rear mobile test vehicle RCAR was described.The structure and the braking control system of the rear mobile test vehicle RCAR were designed in detail,and the performance indicators of its structure and the braking system were presented in the paper.Based on the regulations of the crash between the rear mobile test vehicle RCAR and the vehicle to be tested,the transient dynamic analysis was carried out.The simulation results match the measured results well.The methods of the design and analysis for the rear mobile test vehicle RCAR can be as the references of assessing the damage and making of regulations of insurance claim for crash vehicles.
