摘  要:通过添加不同量的Ni、Mo和Cu等合金元素,制备了在铸态弹性模量大于130GPa的灰口铸铁。对该灰口铸铁进行了不同温度的等温淬火,结果表明:灰口铸铁的抗拉强度大于350MPa;石墨以A型为主,长度为4~6级;基体组织为贝氏体和少量残留奥氏体。One category of gray iron that contained such alloying elements as nickel,molybdenum,and cooper and possessed elastic modulus of greater than 130 MPa has been fabricated.The gray iron was austempered from different temperatures.The results demonstrated that the gray iron exhibited tensile strength of greater than 350 MPa and graphite which was dominantly type A and as length as grade-4 to grade-6,as well as matrix structure consisting of bainite and a small amount of retained austenite.
