摘　　要：铸管生产企业通过推行一系列环保治理措施,开展一系列提级、减排的环境治理行动,对主要污染源进行了深化治理,有效地做到了从源头控制污染,露天物料全部入仓入库及绿色运输,使大气排放废气颗粒物小于10mg/m^3,SO2减排62%,VOCs处理净化效率≥95%,废砂回收利用率达100%,污水综合利用率达到100%,实现了污染物排放浓度低于国家、地方政府规定的超低排放限值。Through carrying out a series of environmental protection measures and a series of environmental treatment actions of upgrading and emission reduction,the pipe casting enterprise has thoroughly controlled the main pollution sources and effectively controlled the pollution from the source.This made all open-air materials have be warehoused and transported in a green way,so the emission of waste gas particles was less than 10mg/m^3,SO2 emission have reduced 62%,treatment and purification efficiency of VOCs was more than 95%,the recovery rate of waste sand was 100%,the comprehensive utilization rate of sewage reached 100%,and the pollutant emission concentration was lower than the ultra-low emission limit stipulated by the state and local governments.
