摘 要:针对结构强度试验系统液压换向阀的控制问题,提出了一种液压换向阀控制方法,设计了一种液压换向阀控制器,通过有效采集控制加载对象的物理边界信号,经信号处理产生相应的换向信号对液压设备进行控制,重点阐述了以单片机为处理器核心的液压换向阀控制器智能化设计,通过试验验证了该控制器的实用性和可行性。Aiming Control problems of hydraulic commutation valve in Structural Strength Test System,a control method of hydraulic Commutation valve is presented,a hydraulic reversing valve controller is designed,controlling the Physical Boundary Signal of loaded object by effective collection,controlling the Physical Boundary Signal of loaded object by effective collection,control of hydraulic equipment by signal processing to produce corresponding commutation signal,intelligent design of hydraulic reversing valve controller based on single chip microprocessor is emphasized,the practicability and feasibility of the controller are verified by experiments."改为"through the effective acquisition of the physical boundary signal of the loading object,the corresponding reversing signal is generated by the signal processing to control the hydraulic equipment,the intelligent design of the hydraulic commutation valve controller with the single-chip microcomputer as the core processor is emphasized,the practicability and feasibility of the controller are verified by the test.
