摘  要:飞机设计定型及投入生产前,需进行全尺寸结构耐久性和损伤容限试验[1-3]。全尺寸结构耐久性和损伤容限试验周期长,试验风险大且随试验进展递增,控制试验风险是试验成败的关键。应变数据是掌握试验(件)状态的核心,目前对疲劳试验的应变数据利用普遍具有滞后性,这对试验风险控制极为不利。在保证试验数据采集系统性能的情况下,设计了一种疲劳试验应变数据实时监控系统。该系统利用标准应变谱来实时诊断应变数据的异常状态并报警,使试验人员能够及时准确地排除试验异常和隐患,保障了试验安全。监控系统实际应用效果良好。It is necessary to test the durability and damage tolerance of full-scale structure before the aircraft design is finalized and put into production.The test period of durability and damage tolerance of full size structure is long,the test risk is large and increases with the progress of the test.Controlling the test risk is the key to the success or failure of the test(piece).at present,the use of strain data of fatigue test is generally lagging,which is extremely unfavorable to the risk control of the test.Under the condition of ensuring the performance of test data acquisition system,a real-time strain data monitoring system for fatigue test is designed.The system uses the standard strain spectrum to diagnose the abnormal state of strain data in real time and alarm,so that the tester can check and eliminate the abnormal and hidden trouble in time and accurately,and ensure the safety of the test.The practical application effect of the monitoring system is good.
