平板电视外壳开孔结构设计的改进分析

摘　　要：介绍了GB 8898-2011和IEC 62368-1:2018对平板电视外壳顶部开孔、侧面开孔和底部开孔要求的主要技术差异;并结合实例详细阐述了当前平板电视外壳常见开孔结构对两个标准的符合性情况;最后对外壳开孔的结构设计如何符合IEC 62368-1:2018要求提出了改进建议。This paper introduces the requirements of GB 8898-2011 and IEC 62368-1:2018 for the enclosure openings of flat panel TV;analyzes the technical differences in the requirements of the standards for the top openings,side openings and bottom openings of flat panel TV;evaluates the conformity of the current flat panel TV enclosure openings structure design according to the requirements of the two standards and combined with examples;suggestions for improving the structure design of the current enclosure openings in accordance with the requirements of IEC 62368-1:2018 are given.
