摘  要:对铸钢前轮毂的结构和铸造工艺进行了综合分析。阐述了该铸钢件的铸造工艺及生产经验,并根据其结构复杂的特点,提出了分层浇注、组合吊芯的铸造工艺。通过采用保温冒口及冒口覆盖剂加强补缩等措施,有效地防止了铸钢件裂纹和缩松的产生,生产出了合格的铸钢件。The configuration and casting technology of front hub of cast steel were compositively analyzed.Casting process and production experience of the cast steel product were described,and a casting procedure that involves layer-by-layer pouring and composite hanging core was put forward according to its complex structure.Crack and shrinkage porosity in the cast steel product have been effectively prevented by improvement in feeding due to the use of hot topping and riser cover.As a result,the qualified cast steel product has been fabricated.
