国礼《针灸铜人》青铜雕塑的制作

摘　　要：2017年瑞士当地时间1月18日,中国国家主席习近平在瑞士日内瓦访问世界卫生组织并赠送针灸铜人雕塑。针灸铜人雕塑既是中国传统文化走出去的代表之作,也是中国艺术铸造的典范制作。介绍了这尊青铜国礼的历史渊源、形象设计以及铸造等制作过程。针灸铜人雕塑历经三维扫描古代针灸铜人文物、数据处理、3D打印、模型组装、穴位校对标刻、雕刻穴名、翻制模具、修整蜡壳、制壳、型壳焙烧、冶炼浇注、焊接加工等18道工序制作完成。In 2017,Switzerland,local time in January 18th,Chinese president Xi Jinping visited WHO in Geneva,Switzerland,and presented the bronze figure marked with acupuncture points.Acupuncture bronze sculpture is not only a representative work of Chinese traditional culture going out,but also a model production of Chinese art casting.The bronze figure marked with acupuncture points has gone through 18 processes,including three-dimensional scanning of ancient acupuncture and moxibustion bronze man cultural relics,data processing,3D printing,model assembly,acupoint proofreading and marking,carving acupoint name,remaking mold,trimming wax shell,shell making,shell baking,smelting and pouring,welding and processing.
