摘 要:本文针对稀贵金属冶炼废水处理新工艺的应用,结合理论实践,在简要阐述探讨稀贵金属冶炼废水处理新工艺必要性的基础上,分析了传统废水处理工艺的优缺点,然后提出一种基于铁粉置换+硫酸亚铁还原联合的新型废水处理工艺。分析结果表明,此种新型废水处理工艺,可有效提取出稀贵金属冶炼废水中的稀有贵重金属,从而获得更大的经济效益,希望对我国稀贵金属冶炼中废水处理水平的提升有一定参考及借鉴。According to the application of the new process of rare and precious metal smelting wastewater treatment,combined with the theory and practice,on the basis of briefly discussing the necessity of the new process of rare and precious metal smelting wastewater treatment,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional wastewater treatment process,and then proposes a new wastewater treatment process based on the combination of iron powder replacement and ferrous sulfate reduction.The analysis results show that this new wastewater treatment process can effectively extract rare and precious metals from the rare and precious metal smelting wastewater,so as to obtain greater economic benefits,hoping to have some reference and reference for the improvement of the wastewater treatment level of rare and precious metal smelting in China.
