摘  要:介绍了从铜阳极泥、铅阳极泥中回收碲元素,采用碲电积工艺生产碲锭产品,存在铅和钠元素超标现象,通过技术攻关研究,在碲片中频炉浇铸过程中利用一种新型除铅剂联合硼砂一起使用,能有效去除碲片中残留的微量铅、钠元素,远低于国标1#碲锭标准要求。通过多次实践证明,该工艺具有操作简单、成本低、产品一次合格率及回收率高等优点。This paper introduces the recovery of tellurium from copper anode slime and lead anode slime,and the production of tellurium ingot by tellurium electrowinning process.There is the phenomenon that the lead and sodium elements exceed the standard.Through technical research,a new type of lead remover combined with borax is used in the process of medium frequency furnace casting of tellurium flake,which can effectively remove the trace lead and sodium elements in the tellurium flake,far lower than the national standard 1 tellurium ingot standard Requirement.It has been proved by many practices that the process has the advantages of simple operation,low cost,high first pass rate and recovery rate.
