利湿排石法结合西医治疗肾绞痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察利湿排石法结合西医治疗肾绞痛的临床效果。方法:将88例肾绞痛患者的临床资料进行研究,按照随机原则分成2组,对照组和观察组各44例。对照组实施常规西医方案进行治疗,观察组在常规西医治疗上联合中医利湿排石法方案进行治疗,观察2组患者的治疗效果,记录对比2组患者治疗后的疼痛评分以及结石排出时间。结果:观察组总有效率为93.18%,对照组为75.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛评分及尿路结石排出体外时间均较对照组缩短,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者在治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论:中西医结合治疗肾绞痛临床疗效显著,可促进结石排出,有效改善患者临床症状。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of method of removing dampness and discharging stone combined with western medicine for renal colic.Methods:Studied the clinical data of 88 cases of patients with renal colic and divided them into the control group and the observation group according to the randomized principle,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received the routine western medicine treatment and the observation group received the routine western medicine treatment combined with Chinese medicine treatment on method of removing dampness and discharging stone.Observed the curative effect in the two groups and recorded and compared the pain scores and the discharging time of calculus of patients in the two groups after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 93.18%in the observation group and 75.00%in the control group.Compared the two groups,difference being significant(P<0.05).The pain scores and the discharging time of urinary calculi in the observation group were shortened when compared with those in the control group and there was significant difference being found in the comparison between two groups(P<0.05).No adverse reactions being found in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:The application of integrated Chinese and western medicine for renal colic has evident clinical effect,which can promote the stone discharge and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
