阿仑膦酸钠维D3联合滋肾骨康方治疗骨质疏松症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察阿仑膦酸钠维D3联合滋肾骨康方对骨质疏松症患者的临床治疗效果。方法:将127例骨质疏松症患者按随机数字表法分成2组,对照组63例患者予以阿仑膦酸钠维D3进行治疗,观察组64例患者在对照组的基础上予以滋肾骨康方治疗。对比2组治疗前后骨密度、骨代谢指标和免疫功能的变化情况。结果:治疗后,观察组左股骨颈(LFN)、L1~4及左股骨粗隆骨密度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组人I型胶原交联氨基端肽(NTXI)、骨钙素(BGP)、25-羟基维生素(25-OHD)、β-胶原羧基端肽(β-CTX)水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组免疫功能指标IgM、IgG及中医症状综合评分明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿仑膦酸钠维D3联合滋肾骨康方可以有效提高骨质疏松症患者的骨密度,改善骨代谢指标,增强患者的免疫功能,改善临床症状。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of alendronate sodium and vitamin D3 combined with Zishen Gukang prescription for patients with osteoporosis.Methods:Divided 127 cases of patients with osteoporosis into two groups according to the random number table.63 cases in the control group were treated with alendronate sodium and vitamin D3 and 64 cases in the observation group were additionally given Zishen Gukang prescription on the basis of alendronate sodium and vitamin D3.Compared the changes of bone mineral density,bone metabolism indexes and immune function in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the density of left femoral neck(LFN),L1~4 and left femoral trochanter in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).The levels of human collagen type I cross-linked amino terminal peptide(NTXI),osteocalcin(BGP),25-hydroxyvitamin(25-OHD)andβ-collagen carboxy terminal peptide(β-CTX)in the observation group were evidently superior to those in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive scores of immune function indexes of IgM,IgG and Chinese medicine symptoms in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of alendronate sodium and vitamin D3 combined with Zishen Gukang prescription can effectively enhance the bone mineral density of patients with osteoporosis,improve the bone metabolism indexes,enhance the immune function of patients and improve the clinical symptoms.
