摘　　要：构建"最多跑一次"模式下公共数据管理标准体系是深入推进"放管服"改革、解决"信息孤岛"问题的重要举措,也是深化"互联网+政务服务"、推动"最多跑一次"改革落到实处的重要保障。本文在分析国内外公共数据管理标准化现状的基础上,运用综合标准化的原理,研究构建了涵盖公共数据采集、转换、清洗、应用等各个环节的标准体系,对于公共数据管理体系化、规范化具有重要意义。Establishing the public data management standards system with the mode of"maximum one visit service procedure"is an important measure for Zhejiang Province to further promote the reform and solve the problem of"Information Isolated Island".It is also essential way to advance"the Internet Plus Government Services Initiative"and putting the reform into effect.On the basis of the analysis of public data management standardization situation at home and abroad and in combination with the principles of comprehensive standardization,this paper establishes a standards system covering many links including information acquisition,collection,sharing to application,which will be of great significance for public data management.
