摘  要:罗卜岭铜钼矿是紫金山金铜矿的接续生产矿山,该矿床矿体厚大、矿石低品较低,需要进行大规模高效开采,但RQD值较高,给常规自然崩落法开采带来了较大难度。根据矿床地质条件并利用岩芯数据,按Q分级法进行了可崩性分级,建立了Q值的三维空间模型,展示了可崩性的空间变化关系。结合矿体形态提出了自然崩落法的改进方案,即用不同的拉底工程,以适应矿体不同的节理裂隙发育程度,由此控制初始冒落块度,并根据矿体赋存条件,设计了分区开采方案。研究表明:所提出的改进拉底方式的分区开采方案,可有效适应罗卜岭铜钼矿矿体规模大、矿石微节理发育的特性,既可有效控制矿体初始冒落块度,又可满足矿山产量需求,可实现该矿自然崩落法安全开采。Luoboling copper-molybdenum mine is a continuous production mine of Zijinshan gold-copper mine.The ore body of the deposit is thick and the ore grade is low.It needs large-scale and efficient mining,but the RQD value is high.It brings difficulties to conventional block caving mining.According to the geological conditions of the deposit and the core data,the cavability classification is carried out based on the Q-classification method.A three-dimensional spatial model of Q value is established,which shows the spatial variation of cavability. Combining with the orebody shape,an improved scheme of the block caving is put forward.The different undercut engineerings are used to adapt to the development of different discontinuities in the orebody,which can control the initial caving block size.According to the shape of orebodies,the zoning mining scheme is proposed.The study results show that the zoning mining scheme proposed in this paper can better adapt to the characteristics of large-scale Luoboling copper-molybdenum orebody and the development of discontinuities.It can not only effectively control the initial caving fragmentation of ore,but also meet the demand of mine output.Therefore,the goal of the safty mining of Luoboling copper-molybdenum mine by block caving mining can be realized.
