摘　　要：作为20世纪最伟大的社会科学家和社会学的先驱,马克斯·韦伯的思想遗产对我们今天的社会科学发展和民族国家的政治经济发展依然具有深远而重要的意义。本文从韦伯的代表作和重要的历史线索及相关研究文献出发,深入论述了韦伯的政治理念与德国社会政策(或社会政治)发展的历史关联,阐述了韦伯思想中一贯的政治理念与变化地历史环境对德国社会政策发展的影响,并在此基础上讨论了韦伯的思想遗产对转型中国社会政策发展的理论与实践意涵。As the most important social scientist of the 20th century and a leading founder of sociology,the legacies of Max Weber’s thoughts are still profoundly meaningful to the development of social sciences and political economy of the nation-state in our world.Relying on the representative works of Max Weber,historical documents and literature review,in this paper,the author aims to explore the historical link between Weber’s political ideas and the early trajectories of social policy development in Germany during 1890-1920 on the one hand and elaborate the impact of Weber’s consistent political ideas on social policy in Germany in the historical context on the other hand.In the end of this paper,the author discusses the implications of thinking Weber as a catalyzer for developing social policy both as a discipline and a field of practice in transitional China.
