摘 要:试验旨在研究壳寡糖对凡纳滨对虾生长性能、抗氧化指标和肠道结构的影响。试验中选用体重约为(1.50±0.03)g的对虾2800尾,随机分为7组,每组4个重复,每个重复100尾对虾。各组分别饲喂在基础饲料中添加浓度为0、0.2‰、0.4‰、0.6‰、0.8‰、1.0‰和2.0‰的壳寡糖饲料。试验期为80 d。结果显示:饲料中添加0.6‰浓度的壳寡糖后,凡纳滨对虾的多个生长指标与对照组相比都有明显的提升,尤其是在饲料系数的降低方面效果尤为突出,饲料系数较对照组降低10.7%。饲料中添加壳寡糖能够提高凡纳滨对虾总抗氧化能力和超氧化物歧化酶活性,降低肌肉组织中的丙二醛含量。饲料中添加壳寡糖能够增加肠道绒毛长度,使上皮细胞排列得更加整齐、紧密。综上所述,壳寡糖作为凡纳滨对虾的饲料添加剂,能够明显提高其生长性能、增强免疫力,使肠道更加健康,在凡纳滨对虾水产养殖方面有巨大的应用潜力和广阔的应用前景。The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of chitosan oligosaccharides on growth performance,serum biochemical indices and intestinal structure of Litopenaeus vannamei.In the experiment,a total of 2800 prawns with the body weight about(1.50±0.03)g were randomly allotted to seven groups with four replicates in each group and 100 prawns in each replicate.The prawns in the four groups were fed a basal diet supplemented with the concentrations of 0,0.2‰,0.4‰,0.6‰,0.8‰,1.0‰and 2.0‰chitosan oligosaccharides,respectively.The experiment lasted for 80 days.The results showed that:compared with the control group,multiple growth indexes in the concentration of 0.6‰chitosan oligosaccharides were significantly improved,especially in the reduction of feed coefficient,which was 10.7%lower than that of control group.Dietary supplementation of chitosan oligosaccharides improved the total number of blood cells,total antioxidant capacity and superoxide dismutase capacity of Litopenaeus vannamei,and reduced the content of malondialdehyde in muscle tissue.Dietary supplementation of chitosan oligosaccharides in the feed increased the length of intestinal villi and make epithelial cells and immune cells more orderly and compact.Therefore,chitosan oligosaccharides as the feed additive of Litopenaeus vannamei would improve growth performance,enhance immunity,make intestinal tract healthier,and there are great application potential and broad application prospect in the aquaculture of Litopenaeus vannamei.
