摘 要:研究了低钙磷饲粮中添加大剂量植酸酶和维生素D3(VD3)对肉鸡生产性能、胫骨灰分和血清指标的影响。1日龄罗斯308肉鸡随机分为5组,对照组饲粮的植酸酶为1000 FTU/kg,VD3为1000 IU/kg,钙和总磷的相对含量(与其他试验组)为100%。其余4个试验组的植酸酶均提高至5000 FTU/kg,饲粮钙磷的相对含量(与对照组)及VD3水平依次为80%、2000 IU/kg(80-2000组),80%、4000 IU/kg(80-4000组),70%、2000 IU/kg(70-2000组),70%、4000 IU/kg(70-4000组)。结果表明,80-2000组的体重、日增重、料重比和存活率与对照组均无显著差异(P>0.05),粪磷含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),21日龄时体重显著高于80-4000和70-2000组(P<0.05),胫骨灰分和血清钙显著高于70-2000组、70-4000组及对照组(P<0.05);42日龄时体重虽然与其他各组无显著差异,但在5个处理中最高(P>0.05)。结果提示,80-2000组(植酸酶5000 FTU/kg、80%钙磷和VD32000 IU/kg)的营养最为适宜,可满足肉鸡良好生长和骨骼发育需要,并且肉鸡1~42日龄磷酸氢钙消耗量可比对照组降低大约74.62%。The trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of high dose phytase in combination with high dose vitamin D3(VD3)in the diet severely limited in calcium(Ca)and total phosphorus(TP)on performance,serum parameters,tibia ash,fecal phosphorus of broilers.Ross 308 broilers aged 1-day-old were allocated to five treatments.The control group was fed the diet with phytase 1000 FTU/kg,VD31000 IU/kg,relative content of Ca,TP(compared with other experimental groups)100%.The other four treatments were experimental groups,phytase in the diet for each of the four groups was 5000 FTU/kg,relative contents of Ca,TP(compared with control group),and diet VD3 for the four groups were 80%,2000 IU/kg(80-2000 group);80%,4000 IU/kg(80-4000 group);70%,2000 IU/kg(70-2000 group);70%,4000 IU/kg(70-4000 group),respectively.The results showed that 80-2000 group had no significant differences in body weight,daily gain,feed-weight ratio and survival rate with control group(P>0.05),had lower fecal phosphorus content than that of control group(P<0.05).At the age of 21-day-old,80-2000 group had a higher body weight than 80-4000 or 70-4000 group(P<0.05),had significantly higher tibia ash and serum calcium contents than that of 70-2000,70-4000 or control group(P<0.05).At the age of 42-day-old,80-2000 group had the highest body weight among all of the five groups,although the differences with other groups were not significant(P>0.05).The results suggest that the diet for 80-2000 group(phytase 5000 FTU/kg,relative contents of Ca,TP 80%,and VD32000 IU/kg)could meet the needs of good growth and skeletal development of broilers,while the amount of mineral phosphorus(calcium hydrogen phosphate)used by the broilers of 80-2000 group from1 to 42 days old could decrease by 74.62%compared with that of control group.
