农民职业分化对土地流转的影响研究

摘　　要：根据有关访谈和问卷调查,运用描述性统计分析和卡方检验的研究方法,从农民职业分化类别、程度和地区分析农民职业分化对土地流转规模、方式、期限及意愿的影响,可得出以下结论:农民职业分化对土地流转规模产生影响,对土地流转方式与期限影响不显著,农民职业分化程度和分化区域对土地流转意愿产生影响,农民职业分化类别对土地流转意愿影响不显著。此研究结论的启示是,加快培育全职务农者成为新型职业农民和新型经营主体、增加分化农民本地就业机会、加强对兼业农民和全职非农者的技能及就业培训为可行的应对之策。According 114 questionnaires form farmers with land transfer behavior in Hebei Province,the paper discussed the impact of farmers’ occupational differentiation on the scale,mode,duration and willingness of land transfer with descriptive statistical analysis and Chi-square test. The following conclusions are drawn: farmers’ occupational differentiation has impact on the scale of land transfer,but has no significant impact on the mode and duration of land transfer. The degree and area of farmers’ occupational differentiation have impact on the willingness of land transfer,and the types of farmers’ occupational differentiation have no significant impact on the willingness of land transfer. According to the conclusions of the study,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
