摘　　要：阿联酋国家档案馆是阿拉伯海湾地区最古老且馆藏最丰富的档案馆。从宏观、中观和微观层面分析其档案资源建设的特点,以及可供借鉴之处,结合我国的国情,对未来我国档案资源建设进行了思考,提出在我国档案资源建设中,应注重宏观层面上对档案资源建设的方向引领和顶层设计,中观层面上积极探索补足档案资源体系短板的创新策略,微观层面上面向技术挑战和技术应用实现数字档案资源的有效积淀。The national archives of United Arab Emirates is the oldest and richest archive relating to the Arabian Gulf region.The author analyzes the characteristics of the construction of archives resources from the macro,meso and micro levels,as well as the references.Combined with the national conditions of our country,this paper thinks about the construction of archives resources in the future,and puts forward that in our country,we should pay attention to the direction guidance and top-level design of archives resources construction at the macro level,actively explore the innovative strategies to supplement the shortcomings of archives resources system at the meso level,and realize the effectiveness of digital archives resources at the micro level facing the technical challenges and application of technology accumulation.
