摘　　要：以提高雄蚕品种繁育系数为主要选育目标,从现有蚕品种资源中选配具有高产卵量性状的中系斑纹限性杂交原种与强健好养的日系平衡致死系杂交原种,通过四元雄蚕杂交组合的选配与比较筛选,得到繁育系数高、强健好养、茧丝质优的春秋兼用四元雄蚕杂交组合菁·云×平28·平30。经浙江省家蚕新品种农村生产鉴定与杂交种繁育试验,新品种的张种产茧量、张种产值、健蛹率分别为569 kg、2 701元与9702%,分别比对照品种秋·华×平30高43 kg、193元、313百分点;解舒丝长、干茧出丝率分别为7211 m、3401%,分别比对照品种长594 m、高194百分点。经蚕种场繁育试验,菁·云×平28·平30的杂交种克蚁制种量达154张,比对照品种增加21张,增幅达1579%,可有效降低雄蚕种生产成本。2019年4月四元雄蚕品种菁·云×平28·平30通过浙江省农作物新品种审定。In order to improve the propagation coefficient of male silkworm variety,Chinese sex-limited marking parent silkworm variety with high productivity and Japanese parent silkworm variety of balanced lethal strain with strong vitality were comparatively selected for crossing from the existing silkworm variety resources. Then,quaternary male silkworm variety Jing·Yun×Ping 28·Ping 30 was bred for spring and autumn rearing with high propagation coefficient,strong vitality and excellent silk quality. Tested by rural production identification and silkworm egg breeding experiments in Zhejiang Province,cocoon yield per case of silkworm eggs,output value per case of eggs and survival pupa rate of Jing·Yun×Ping 28·Ping30 were 56 9 kg,2 701 yuan and 97 02% respectively,which were 4 3 kg,193 yuan more and 3 13 percentage points higher than those of the control variety Qiu·Hua×Ping 30. Length of non-broken cocoon filament and raw silk rate of dried cocoons were 721 1 m and 34 01%,which were 59 4 m longer and 1 94 percentage points higher than those of the control. According to the silkworm breeding test in silkworm egg farm,amount of eggs produced per gram of newly-hatched larvae of Jing·Yun×Ping 28·Ping 30 were 15 4 cases,which were 2 1 cases more than that of the control and increased by 15 79%. Results showed that the new variety could effectively reduce the production cost of male silkworm eggs.Jing·Yun×Ping 28·Ping 30 were approved by the Crop Variety Evaluation Committee of Zhejiang Province in April,2019.
