摘  要:通过调控家蚕吐丝习性获得平整的天然蚕丝创伤敷料。该敷料拥有蚕丝蛋白的原生态特性,保持了蚕丝蛋白的天然结构和活性;具有纤维网状多孔结构,孔隙率达79%,透气性良好;具有可降解性且降解呈现出pH响应性;柔软且具有较强的吸水性,平衡含水率不低于80%;拥有较强的机械强度,拉伸强度达96 MPa;呈现良好的细胞相容性和细胞黏附性,有利于细胞的黏附、增殖与迁移。结果表明,该蚕丝创伤敷料在皮肤损伤修复方面具有潜在的应用前景。A flat natural silk wound dressing material was obtained from silkworm by regulating their spinning behavior.The wound dressing material has the original nature of silk protein with the natural structure and bioactivity. It has good air permeability owing to the porous fibrous network structure with a porosity of 79%. It also has good degradability which can response to pH change. In addition,this soft silk wound dressing has excellent water absorbency with content of equilibrium water no less than 80%. It has strong mechanical strength with tensile strength of 9 6 MPa. With good cell compatibility and cell adhesiveness,it supports cell adhesion,proliferation and migration. The results indicate that the silk wound dressing has potential application in skin wound repair.
