摘 要:解舒丝长是蚕茧重要的工艺性能指标,其数据分布特征是制定缫丝工艺的主要依据。相对于离散型解舒丝长分布,连续型解舒丝长分布更贴合实际,有利于对茧丝被分拆为多段多次参与并合成生丝的研究。在连续型茧丝逐步分拆模型的基础上,针对连续型解舒丝长分布的概率密度函数进行了解析,并以有限区间正态分布模拟生成茧丝长为基础,结合概率分布数据生成的舍选法,构建了连续型解舒丝长分布数据的生成方法,并探讨了茧丝长分布特征对解舒丝长分布的影响。经数据生成实验和分析,验证了所解析的解舒丝长分布在基于二次函数落绪率模型的假设前提下是可靠的,其数据生成方法是高效的,可作为研究茧丝长及其他蚕茧工艺参数对解舒丝长影响的有效工具,有望在蚕品种选育、缫丝工艺研究和计算机模拟缫丝中广泛应用。Length of non-broken cocoon filament is an important technological index of cocoon,whose distribution characteristics are the major reliances to define reeling process. Compared with the length distribution of discrete non-broken cocoon filament,the length distribution of continuous non-broken cocoon filament is easier to be applied to the research on production of raw silk by partitioning cocoon filament into multiple segments by multiple times. On the basis of stepwise partition model of continuous cocoon filament,probability density function of length distribution of continuous nonbroken cocoon filament was analyzed. Meanwhile,the method to generate length distribution data of continuous non-broken filament was constructed based on simulation of generated cocoon filament length according to its finite interval normal distribution in combination with acceptance-rejection method of probability distribution data. Besides,the effect of distribution characteristics on length distribution of non-broken cocoon filament was also discussed. These experiments and analysis proved that the obtained length distribution of non-broken cocoon filament was reliable in accordance to the hypothesis model of dropping end of cocoon filament with quadratic function,and the data generation method was efficient. In conclusion,the results are beneficial for the research on influence of cocoon filament length and other technological parameters of cocoon on the length of non-broken cocoon filament,and it is expected to be widely used in breeding of silkworm varieties,study of silk reeling technology and computer simulation of silk reeling process.
