摘 要:柞蚕是我国重要的泌丝昆虫资源,也是研究蛹滞育机制的重要模式昆虫。柞蚕发育及免疫相关的分子水平研究对于阐明柞蚕生长发育规律、对病原微生物的免疫机制及抗病育种等具有重要意义。本文系统总结了柞蚕分子生物学方面的研究成果,包括柞蚕种质资源分子系统学、基因组、与先天免疫及生长发育调控等密切相关的功能基因等方面,展望了未来柞蚕分子生物学研究方向及重点关注的领域,期望为柞蚕科学研究及促进柞蚕产业多元化发展提供参考。Chinese oak silkworm,Antheraea pernyi is not only an important silk-spinning insect,but also an important model insect for the study on diapause mechanism of pupae. Research on the growth and immunity of A. pernyi at molecular level is of great significance to clarify its growth pattern,its immune mechanism against different pathogens and disease-resistance breeding. Therefore,research achievements in the field of A. pernyi molecular biology were systematically summarized in this paper,including molecular systematics on germplasm resources,genome,and functional genes involved in innate immune system and development regulation,etc. Besides,research directions and key issues of A.pernyi molecular biology in future were also prospected. In brief,it is expected to provide guidance for the scientific research on A. pernyi and promote the diversified development of A. pernyi industry.
