摘  要:为探讨正念特质、反刍思维、社会支持对听力障碍大学生自杀意念的影响及其作用机制,采用正念注意觉知量表、反刍思维量表、青少年社会支持量表以及自杀意念量表对328名听力障碍大学生进行问卷调查。结果发现:(1)正念特质、社会支持与自杀意念呈显著负相关,反刍思维与自杀意念呈显著正相关;(2)反刍思维在正念特质对自杀意念的负向预测作用中起部分中介作用;(3)社会支持在反刍思维对自杀意念正向预测作用中起调节作用。本研究表明,正念特质对听力障碍大学生自杀意念的影响是有调节的中介过程。This study aimed to explore the effect of dispositional mindfulness, rumination and social support on suicidal ideation in hearing impaired college students and its mechanism. A sample of 328 hearing impaired college students were recruited to complete the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale(MAAS), Ruminative Responses Scale, Child and Adolescent Social Support Scale(CASSS) and Self-Rating Idea of Suicide Scale(SIOSS). The results showed that: 1) dispositional mindfulness and social support were significantly negatively correlated with suicidal ideation. Rumination was significantly positively correlated with suicidal ideation;2) rumination played a partial mediating role in the negative prediction of dispositional mindfulness on suicidal ideation;3) social support played a moderating role in the positive prediction of rumination on suicidal ideation. This study suggests that the effect of dispositional mindfulness on suicidal ideation in hearing impaired college students is a moderated mediating process.
