摘　　要：人格是否会发生变化一直备受人格心理学领域关注和争议。文章首先对人格变化的概念进行界定,即人格变化是一种个体内变异,是由于个体对情境的解释不同,而导致反应个体人格特质的行为表现发生的变化。其次,重点介绍了人格变化研究的四种理论模型。最后,归纳了近年来人格变化的研究方法,提出未来的研究应结合多种研究方法,深入探讨人格变化的原因与内在规律。The topic of whether personality will change and how it changes is a great concern in the field of personality psychology. First, this paper defined the concept of personality variability, and distinguished the concept from the personality change. Personality variability is a kind of intra-individual variation, and the behavioral variation which reflects individual personality is caused by individuals’ different interpretations. Secondly, four theoretical models of individual-oriented research were introduced, namely, the personality and role identity structural model, social relation model, model of person-environment transaction and cognitive-affective personality system. Finally, this paper summarized research methods of personality variation and suggested that future research should use different methods, and focus on the causes and inner laws of these changes.
