摘  要:线粒体超微结构是用电子显微镜观察到的精细结构,其可以根据不同能量需求和生理环境变化而变化,对线粒体功能具有关键调节作用.线粒体嵴结构是一种重要的线粒体超微结构,对多种线粒体疾病产生影响.因此,研究线粒体超微结构的调节机制,理解线粒体超微结构功能,对研究线粒体疾病的发病机理及寻找相关疾病的治疗靶点具有重要指导意义.本文详细介绍了线粒体嵴结构的主要调节机制,重点关注线粒体超微结构组成成分、线粒体超微结构对线粒体功能的影响、线粒体超微结构与线粒体疾病关系方面的研究进展,以期为制定更有效的线粒体疾病治疗方案提供理论参考.Mitochondrial ultrastructure is a fine structure observed by electron microscope, which can be changed according to different energy requirements and physiological environment, and plays a key role in regulating mitochondrial function. The structure of mitochondrial cristae is an important mitochondrial ultrastructure, which affects many mitochondrial diseases. Therefore, studying the function and understanding the regulation mechanism of mitochondrial ultrastructure have important guiding significance for studying mitochondrial diseases and looking for therapeutic targets. This paper introduces the main regulating mechanism of mitochondrial cristae in detail, and focuses on the research progress in the composition of mitochondrial ultrastructure, the effect of mitochondrial ultrastructure on mitochondrial function, and the relationship between mitochondrial ultrastructure and mitochondrial disease, in order to provide theoretical reference for developing more effective mitochondrial disease treatment.
